In the event of an incorrectly posted price or product Albright Vacuum reserves the right to refuse any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Albright Vacuum will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Returns: When you are happy, we are happy. For a full refund or exchange, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason:

1.) Email us at vacetc@earthlink.net or call us at: 732-940-2400 for a return RA (authorization number). No returns are accepted without an RA #.

2.) The item must be returned in its original condition in the original manufacturer’s packing, along with RA# on the packing slip.

3.) Ship the product back to us within seven days of receipt.

Any return sent to us without an RA # will be charged a 15% restocking fee or declined as a return .
